✅ ELIGIBILITY

✔️ Incoming 4th Year College Students for S.Y. 2026–2027
✔️ Families where no member has completed tertiary education
✔️ Must be a registered resident of the barangay

📌 IF THERE ARE NO QUALIFIED 4TH YEAR APPLICANTS:

1️⃣ Incoming 3rd Year College Students
2️⃣ TESDA Scholars with a national certificate
3️⃣ Students in 5th or 6th year, provided they are graduating in S.Y. 2026–2027
