PHYSICAL INFORMATION

Langtad is a barangay in the city of Naga, in the province of Cebu. Langtad is situated at approximately 10.1857, 123.7353, in the island of Cebu. Elevation at these coordinates is estimated at 9.1 meters or 29.9 feet above mean sea level. It is one of the coastal barangays of Naga City, Cebu but it also boasts of beautiful hilss and mountain tops with magnificent view. Langtad shares a common border with Inoburan, Bairan and Pitalo. Barangay Langtad encompass a total area of 2.7044 square kilometers.

POPULATION AND ECONOMY

As determined by the 2020 Cesus, Langtad’s population was 7, 078 representing 5.31 % of the City of Naga’s total populace. The household population of Langtad in the 2015 Census was 6,220 broken down into 1,454 households or an average of 4.28 members per household.

Langtad is classified as an Urban Barangay with thriving economy brought by major businesses, warehouses, construction and sand/gravel companies and chemical plants. Barangay Langtad also has a growing working population and new subdivisions like Casa Mira.
